The unique double-bladed impeller structure, in addition to the main impeller, is also equipped with a stirring impeller at the bottom, which can mix the sediment deposited at the bottom into turbulence and then extract it. The motor is protected by mechanical seal to effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor.

1. The pump bottom is arranged with the agitator, and the bilateral and multilateral separate agitator can be arranged, which can prevent pump blockage by the bulky fixed substance, so as to fully mix the solid with liquid, and facilitate handling.
2. The pump casing, impeller, suction plate, stirring impeller and other wet parts are made of high chrome alloy. Other materials can be customized.
3. Durable, main wear parts made from anti-wear 27% chrome alloy material, hardness can be over 60HRC;

Slurry pumps typically have a volute casing which is rubber lined, as well as a rubber lined impeller in order to minimise wear to internal metal parts. As slurries can be highly abrasive, and travel at high velocity the rubber is used as a sacrificial liner.
As the rubber wears, the tolerances within the unit become larger meaning the pump becomes less efficient. Designs have front and rear adjustment to reduce internal clearances to improve unit efficiency as they wear.
